Join us at Edible Education in honoring this powerful figure by visiting MLK's favorite soul foods with an Edible Education twist! Menu: Oven "fried" Chicken Bites, Mac and Trees, Creole Caviar (Black Eyes Peas), and Southern Collard Greens.
