Kitchen Chemist June 22–26, 2026 • 9:00 AM–12:30 PM Ages: 6–14 Welcome to Kitchen Chemist, where science and cooking combine for a week of hands-on discovery! Young chefs become true culinary scientists as they explore how and why recipes work. Through fun experiments and delicious creations, campers will uncover the science behind everyday kitchen magic—from leavening and fermenting to emulsification and changes in matter. Using the Edible Education scientific approach, campers will: Explain real scientific phenomena happening in their food. Build a strong culinary foundation to confidently follow recipes while experimenting and learning. Apply science knowledge and theory to create more advanced recipes over time. With each activity, students mix, test, taste, and discover—turning curiosity into confidence and science into something delicious!

Cancellation Policy
*Updated Refund and Reschedule Policy* Please call at least 72 hours before the start of class or camp for cancellation. Classes: A cancellation fee of $10 per class (No Transfer Fee) Camps: A cancellation fee of $100 per camp A $25 Late Registration/Transfer fee will be applied starting June 1st Refunds will be administered through check (Processed in 3-5 business days) or PayPal ONLY (subject to fees) with the deduction of the cancellation fees. Class/Camp Credit can be given through a personal coupon code for the full amount of the cancelled class/camp.
