Open a Bakery I 2026! August 3-7, 2026 • 9:00 AM–12:30 PM • Ages 6–14 Cost: $295 + Registration Fee of $50 (starting February 1st 2026) Get ready to rise, bake, and create! This summer, Edible Education is opening its very own bakery—and your young chef gets to help run it. Throughout the week, campers will explore the world of baking from start to finish, learning how to make delicious treats and discovering the basics of running a bakery. Campers will practice mixing, shaping, decorating, and perfecting bakery favorites such as cinnamon rolls, cupcakes, cookies, and more. Along the way, they’ll learn essential kitchen skills, teamwork, time management, and the fun of bringing a creative idea to life. Friday Family Bakery Day: At the end of the week, our bakers-in-training will open their very own pop-up bakery! Families are invited to come taste their creations, see their hard work in action, and enjoy a sweet celebration together. This camp blends culinary creativity with entrepreneurial adventure—perfect for kids who love to bake, dream big, and aren’t afraid to get a little flour on their hands!

*Updated Refund and Reschedule Policy* Please call at least 72 hours before the start of class or camp for cancellation. Classes: A cancellation fee of $10 per class (No Transfer Fee) Camps: A cancellation fee of $100 per camp A $25 Late Registration/Transfer fee will be applied starting June 1st Refunds will be administered through check (Processed in 3-5 business days) or PayPal ONLY (subject to fees) with the deduction of the cancellation fees. Class/Camp Credit can be given through a personal coupon code for the full amount of the cancelled class/camp.
