Seasonal Sensations: Spring Afterschool Enrichment Celebrate the flavors of the season with Seasonal Sensations: Spring, an engaging afterschool enrichment experience where young chefs explore fresh, seasonal ingredients through hands-on cooking. Late winter and early spring take center stage as students learn to cook with chocolate, cauliflower, citrus, carrots, and leafy greens—transforming simple, nutrient-dense foods into delicious meals and snacks. Our thoughtful, conscious recipes are designed to build confidence in the kitchen while encouraging students to try something new or reimagine familiar favorites in creative ways. Along the way, chefs will learn basic culinary skills, kitchen safety, and the importance of seasonal eating. When: Wednesdays, starting February 11 and ending on March 18th from 4:00PM - 5:00p Where: Moseley Elementary School Sample Menu: Mac and Trees (a veggie-packed twist on mac & cheese), Moroccan Citrus Salad, Homemade Chocolate Truffles, Carrot Cake Smoothies & Spinach Gnocchi Pricing: $150 for 6 week session

Cancellation Policy
Classes: A cancellation fee of $10 per class (No Transfer Fee) Camps: A cancellation fee of $100 per camp A $25 Late Registration/Transfer fee will be applied starting June 1st Refunds will be administered through check (Processed in 3-5 business days) or PayPal ONLY (subject to fees) with the deduction of the cancellation fees. Class/Camp Credit can be given through a personal coupon code for the full amount of the cancelled class/camp.
