Service Description
Since 2011, Edible Education has taught over 100,000 youth culinary skills that will stay with them for a lifetime. This semester at Thales Academy, our Fall Feast program focuses on seasonal favorites like pumpkins, cranberries, pears, and apples, transforming them into sweet and savory eats that will spice up the season. Best of all, we’ve extended our class time to 3:00 PM – 4:30 PM! This full 90 minutes allows our young chefs to dive much deeper into complex recipes and introduces baking into our curriculum, so they can create beautiful, oven-fresh autumn treats from start to finish! When: Fridays- 10/16, 10/23, 10/30, 11/6, 11/13, & 11/20 With our new extended time from 3:00pm-4:30pm! Where: Thales Academy Richmond 14101 Center Point Pkwy, Midlothian, VA 23114 Sample Menu: Spaghetti Squash, Pumpkin pancakes, Apple cranberry stuffed chicken, Pumpkin trifles, Kale Pasta, and much more! Pricing: $160 for 6 week session

Cancellation Policy
Classes: A cancellation fee of $10 per class (No Transfer Fee) Camps: A cancellation fee of $100 per camp A $25 Late Registration/Transfer fee will be applied starting June 1st Refunds will be administered through check (Processed in 3-5 business days) or PayPal ONLY (subject to fees) with the deduction of the cancellation fees. Class/Camp Credit can be given through a personal coupon code for the full amount of the cancelled class/camp.
